Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the methods and purposes by which YouMakePizza (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, processes, stores, and discloses information obtained from users of the website youmakepizza.com (the “Site”). By visiting, accessing, or utilizing any feature of the Site, you expressly consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. This Policy applies to all users of the Site and to all information collected through online interactions, orders, and communications with our business.

We collect various categories of personal and technical information, including names, postal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment-related data provided through third-party processors, browsing and device information, IP addresses, order histories, and marketing preferences. Data may be obtained directly from you through form submissions, automatically through cookies and analytic technologies, or from service providers performing tasks on our behalf. We also collect communications and transactional data in connection with purchases, customer service interactions, and subscriptions to promotional content such as newsletters or marketing messages.

Information is utilized for multiple legitimate purposes including, but not limited to: (a) processing and fulfilling customer orders; (b) providing support and responding to inquiries; (c) maintaining and improving the functionality and reliability of the Site; (d) detecting and mitigating fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities; (e) analyzing site usage to improve business operations and marketing efficiency; and (f) sending promotional materials and abandoned-cart reminders when consent has been granted in compliance with applicable law.

We share limited data with service providers strictly as required to fulfill the aforementioned purposes. This includes third-party logistics, analytics, marketing, and payment processing vendors. Specifically, we engage Printful, Inc. (“Printful”) as our print-on-demand production and fulfillment partner. Personal data such as shipping addresses, customer names, and order details are transmitted to Printful for order fulfillment. Printful acts as a data processor for these functions and processes the data in accordance with its own privacy practices, which may be reviewed at https://www.printful.com/policies/privacy.

We also use cookies, pixels, and tracking technologies to facilitate functionality, analytics, and targeted advertising. You may adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though certain portions of the Site may not function properly without them. Where required by law, we obtain user consent prior to setting non-essential cookies or initiating electronic marketing communications.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are employed to protect personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no online system or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information is retained only as long as necessary for operational purposes, to meet legal obligations, and to maintain appropriate records for business, accounting, and compliance purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to exercise rights regarding your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, objection, or restriction of processing, as well as withdrawal of consent where applicable. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the legally binding agreement between you (“customer,” “user,” or “you”) and YouMakePizza governing the use of the Site, purchase of products, and all related services offered by YouMakePizza. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to comply fully with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue all use of the Site immediately.

YouMakePizza reserves the right to modify these Terms without notice, and such modifications become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates or changes. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

All products are printed and fulfilled on demand by our manufacturing partner, Printful, Inc. Each product is produced specifically for you at the time of order; therefore, minor variations in color, size, and presentation may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct errors in pricing or product information at any time.

Fulfillment typically requires between two (2) and five (5) business days prior to shipment. After fulfillment, domestic shipping within the United States generally takes between one (1) and eight (8) business days, and international shipping typically takes between one (1) and twenty (20) business days depending on the destination, carrier, and customs conditions. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. YouMakePizza shall not be held liable for delays caused by third parties, customs inspections, carrier failures, or force majeure events beyond our control.

All prices listed on the Site are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and may change at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout and must be paid in full before an order is processed. Orders may be declined or canceled in cases of suspected fraud or payment authorization failure.

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed exclusively by Printful’s return policy. Only defective, damaged, or misprinted products are eligible for return or refund, provided that claims are submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery and include clear photographic documentation. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once a return claim is validated, Printful will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. YouMakePizza does not provide returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing errors, or subjective dissatisfaction with product attributes.

All intellectual property appearing on the Site, including but not limited to text, logos, designs, and images, is owned by or licensed to YouMakePizza. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of such materials is strictly prohibited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site solely for lawful personal use in connection with purchasing products from YouMakePizza.

YouMakePizza shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the Site or products sold through it. Our aggregate liability under any theory of law shall be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouMakePizza, its affiliates, employees, and partners (including Printful) from any claims or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Utah County, Utah, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Method of refund – All refunds will be sent to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your customer’s bank account. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Buyers Remorse – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore YouMakePizza reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
